New Business Brings Employment to Central Oregon

By Robert Leamy

All Sports Recreation and Parts (ASRP) have formed a partnership with G-Force Trailers Manufacturing (GCSM) to create a groundbreaking company in the trailer and recreation industry.  Paul Mainzer (CEO), Steve Leamy (CFO) and Robert Leamy (CRD) joined business partner Jeff Griffith’s talent with all forms of metal design to meet employment needs of the community and to fill the void of specialized quality craftsmanship, so needed in the Central Oregon recreational wonderland.

Jeff Griffith’s extensive experience is bringing work contracts from Northern Idaho and Southern California here into Redmond, Oregon for the production of custom horse and specialized livestock trailers, complete with full amenity living quarter packages, as well as boat, ATV, snowmobile trailers and other recreational ‘toy hauler’s’ and utility trailers serving hobby and industrial needs.

This talent also is an asset to the community by providing guaranteed repair and refabrication work to the needs of trailer owners throughout Oregon. As production needs are expanding, ASRP and GCSM are interviewing and hiring individuals with abilities in metal fabrication and other skills related to the trailer and recreation industry.

All Sports Recreation and Parts is creating a family friendly environment for its employees and building quality relationships with the community by creatively meeting individual needs and community concerns.

The executives of ASRP are also developing other employment opportunities by bringing established business from the Portland Metro area to Central and Eastern Oregon to serve the needs of small business owners.

Paul Mainzer owner of several successful businesses, combines his experience with the talents of brothers, Robert and Steve Leamy, to serve communities throughout Oregon and Washington.
